Ewa Doctor is a Swedish Dietitian with a degree in dietetics from Uppsala University. Ewa worked as a clinical dietitian at Karolinska Hospital and after moving to California studied nutrition and exercise physiology at California State University Long Beach. Ewa has a long experience working as a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach in California. Ewa is a nature lover with a lifelong passion for health and nutrition.
